The Courier is a community newspaper that serves the Village of Clinton and the Town of Kirkland in upstate New York. It was founded on July 7, 1846—making it 168 years old. Each Wednesday the paper brings local news, sports, arts and entertainment to the community.
John and Emily Howard are the 19th owners of the paper, and took over the roles of executive editor and publisher on March 27, 2014.
