Kirkland Police said they arrested Mark T. Rashford, 46, of 6 Rose Lane in Clark Mills at 1:28 a.m. on July 1 on multiple charges, including 1st degree unlawful imprisonment of the mother of a 15-year-old girl, stemming from a call to authorities of a domestic dispute at the residence. [Full story]
